Economic Inclusion Program

Thiele Geotech, Inc. has been active in developing economic inclusion goals for the firm in its engineering practice. The firm is committed to building relationships in our community and to working with local small emerging businesses on our projects.

Thiele Geotech, Inc. will utilize a four step process to meet and exceed owners’ expectations. The framework of the TG Economic Inclusion Plan includes defining goals and assessing local firms, community outreach, firm prequalification, firm selection and mentoring. Additionally, Thiele Geotech’s policies and employment procedures follow generally accepted EEO/AA guidelines for employment.
