Thiele Geotech, Inc. will utilize a four step process to meet and exceed owners’ expectations. The framework of the Thiele Geotech, Inc. Economic Inclusion Plan includes defining goals and assessing local firms, community outreach, firm prequalification, firm selection and mentoring. Additionally, Thiele Geotech, Inc.’s policies and employment procedures follow generally accepted EEO/AA guidelines for employment.
