OMAHA, Neb. (September 18, 2026) — Thiele Geotech, Inc. is proud to announce that Raeanna Thiele, P.E., Vice President and Geotechnical Department manager, has been named a finalist for the 2026 Young Professional of the Year Award presented by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
The national award recognizes a licensed professional engineer age 35 or younger who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise and a strong commitment to serving both the engineering profession and the broader community.
Thiele has been with Thiele Geotech for eight years and currently leads the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Geotechnical Engineering Department. She also manages geotechnical exploration projects for commercial buildings, residential developments, multifamily communities, bridges and infrastructure improvements.
Her responsibilities span every phase of a project, including preparing proposals and cost estimates, coordinating fieldwork and laboratory testing, evaluating data, and developing final reports. She also supports the firm’s Materials Testing Department by overseeing project reporting for concrete testing, compaction testing and special inspection services.
